Summary

Fixes a bug where validate.go failed to find case-variant default localization files (e.g., Default.json) on case-sensitive filesystems due to locale normalization.
File paths are now constructed using the original filename from directory entries, preserving casing, consistent with push.go.
Adds a test case to validate_test.go to cover this scenario.
