If possible add the possibility to change the default url path to update winagent , because some production computers are not allowed to go to github

Hello ! 🖐

It may be beneficial to let Tactical act as a proxy to retrieve installation files. For example, instead of downloading the agent through GitHub, Tactical would grab the agent and present it itself.

On the other hand, this would cause an additional load of the processes (because downloading then made available by the web engine with uploading of the data).
