Checklist (we expect you to perform these steps before opening the issue)

I have searched for a similar issue in this repository and did not find one.
I am using an official build obtained from releases or updated one of those builds using its in-app updater.
I have re-dumped the game and performed a clean install without mods and the issue is still present.
I have disabled all patches and cheats and the issue is still present.
I have all the required system modules installed.

Describe the Bug

So this bug/issue only happened when I updated to the most recent one. I have the auto update thing enabled so every time there's an update I can do it right away. Using the most recent version has caused this bug but I tried an older version and it still bloody happens. The issues I've been having:

• Moving the right stick to look around does work, but for some reason it also moves my mouse cursor on screen which is distracting.
• All I'm doing is walking around and for some reason my character starts using a bunch of items that I'm not even pressing the buttons for. He will look for items he doesn't have, he uses the item that lowers your health and gives you bullets... All while I'm just moving around and not clicking a single button.
• I also can't click anything in the pause menu like equipment, status, system/settings as when I do click on these options it just closes the pause menu.

The game is literally unplayable since I can't do anything at all. I can't move 5 feet without my character attacking, using items, looking for items he doesn't have all with me not even clicking the buttons to do so - I'm just holding up on the analog stick to move. This is really starting to make me angry since it was working fine before the update yet it only started with the most recent update. What is going on and what can I do to fix these bugs? It's annoying as.

When it was working the game ran really well. A couple audio and texture bugs here and there but other than it ran beautifully.

Log File

What? I can't find a Log Folder anywhere in the dvdroot_ps4 folder for bloodborne. What do I do? God I'm just trying to post an issue so I can get my favourite game fixed and I can't even do that!! Come on man. I can't find a log folder because it's not A CRASH. It's an in game issue. Fuck me this is ridiculous

Ah man I fixed it. It's because steam was opened in the background. When I first got it I remember closing steam to try and make the game run even better but didn't realize you actually NEED to have steam closed to get rid of these bugs. All good, thank you
