Do you want to install a package? add a repository compatible with your system.

The OpenWrt repository should have the most up to date version of sms-tool (if it doesn't, someone needs to report it for an update). I don't update it because I don't compile sms-tool for different platforms.

I have no idea, I don't know the changes/updates in sms-tool, you need to install the package from the OpenWrt repository and check.

I am not the maintainer of sms-tool, I only made the user interface for LuCI.
