Describe the bug

I downloaded Playcover first from the website then tried again from GitHub, but the app downloads in Japanese and I can't find a way to change the language. Do I need to download different version or an additional file for English interface?

Steps to reproduce

downloading the file from https://playcover.io/download/ "latest" or GitHub ver 3.1.0

Expected behaviour

the app to open in English
