    Added the ability to auto-detect any available menus (e.g. no longer will fail by default if xfce is installed but gnome is not). Also will now advise user if no desktop menu is installed.

    Added configurable launch directory (so terminals will launch in WSL home by default mainly). However other an alternative directory may be specified with --launch-directory. Also fixed an issue with exo-open not working correctly.
