好像是因为我使用了火狐浏览器的身份容器扩展的原因
我已经通过设置解决了，可以关闭了，不好意思

Title: Links not opened in new page after setting parameter
Comment 1: WHOOGLE_CONFIG_NEW_TAB=1 parameter does not work
Comment 2: Seems like it is caused by using Multi-Account Containers extension on Firefox. I have solved it by tweaking the settings. This can be closed now, sorry.
