I got the following error after completing an import of my vault into a new installation:

[bitwarden_rs::api::icons][WARN] IP 192.168.0.1 for domain '192.168.0.1' is not a global IP!
[bitwarden_rs::api::icons][ERROR] Error downloading icon: Domain is blacklisted. 192.168.0.1
thread '' panicked at 'Error creating negative cache marker: Os { code: 2, kind: NotFound, message: "No such file or directory" }', src/libcore/result.rs:1165:5

This happens if the first entry imported is for a blacklisted IP. In this case the icon cache folder is not created.
