Two-factor authentication is enabled for user Administrator

Enabled providers:
- backup_codes
- gateway_telegram
Disabled providers:
- gateway_signal
- gateway_sms
- totp
- twofactor_nextcloud_notification

The provider does not support this operation.

This is bug or real not implemented function at this time?
