I expirience an issue while deploying new agents on my TRMM innstallation.
When I try to acces the api subdomain to download direkt on client I see
"Something went wrong. Check debug error log for exact error message"
When I try do Add an agent and download directly after generating:
I run the debugscript but ether see no related prblem or cant interpret that
checklog.log
Do you have any hint for me?
@silversword411 commented on GitHub (Dec 11, 2025):
I'm guessing you replaced your real domain with mydomain.tld?
Your cert is expired: Expiry Date: 2025-05-29 08:13:19+00:00 (VALID: 70 days)
I'm guessing you're probably doing another reverse proxy.
@StefanRower commented on GitHub (Dec 11, 2025):
Oh yeah, I replaced it of course. Like the IPs, too.
Oh I see the logfile is two times filled. One in March and one from today
Today the "Expiry Date" is: 2026-02-15 12:30:22+00:00 (VALID: 66 days)
Yes we use another Nginx here and when it could not get to the server from external networks I would says that is the answer.
But even in LAN I could not get the agents out of the TRMM.
@StefanRower commented on GitHub (Dec 11, 2025):
I could open https://api.mydomain.tld and it says
"status: ok"
With aded "/clients/a5104534-db05-4fc4-b925-484d13d13c7f/deploy/" it says
"Something went wrong. Check debug error log for exact error message"
@silversword411 commented on GitHub (Dec 11, 2025):
It's your DNS/network/proxy...you'll need to troubleshoot which.
