Standard with --insecure flag at install

Good day!

I've encountered the following problem: When I access the TRMM web interface, I get a 500 error. The Django logs say "CoreSettings NotFound."

Attempts to resolve this issue on my own haven't helped.

Reinstalling TRMM doesn't help.
