Describe the bug
Hello
the date format in the "last response" column is 12, and no 24.
But in global settings "Default date format:" is "DD-MMM-YYYY - HH:mm"

Have you checked the user settings? They override the global settings.
Everything works fine for me, including the 24-hour format.

Good catch @janstalhut . When I tested I forgot about that, my user pref is empty, so global should be taking effect but it doesn't look like it is.
