It would be great to have an option in Tactical RMM to resend alerts via email every X minutes until the issue is resolved. This would help ensure that alerts are not missed and that critical problems get timely attention.

Currently, there doesn’t appear to be a built-in way to enable repeated alert notifications for unresolved issues.

Thank you!

Alert manager has a "Alert again if not resolved after (days)" so you are wanting minutes as well instead of just days?

Yes, I need to monitor stuck files, and a one-day interval for repeated alerts is too long. It is important to have the option to set the re-alert interval in minutes to ensure timely notifications and faster issue resolution.

Or alternatively, to have the option to use fractional numbers where the re-alert interval in days is set.
