Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When opening TacticalRMM, loading the existing machines can be slow when a lot of them are in the system. This makes the UI produce unexpected behavior when trying to switch locations where it still loads all the machines after selecting a specific client / site.

Additionally, I typically only interact with machines in a specific client anyways, but need access to all the them for some things.

Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of loading all machines by default, allow a user preference for opening a specific client and / or site.
