Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Is there a way to Bulk edit or define default behavior for the timing to mark of Offline or Overdue agent ?
My problem is that i want to have an Alert that sends a Webhook to Zammad when an agent goes offline. However it seems that i only can have an alert on Overdue agent and not offline agent.
So to work around this issue, i wanted to lower the time that an agent is marked Overdue after being marked as Offline so that i quickly have a ticket created.
Any tips/ideas or even new feature would be great !
