Describe the bug
Hello, I have an issue with the connection between Tactical and Mesh Central.
User synchronization is enabled. When I log in as a local super user in Mesh, I can see that the accounts are created, for example:
user//jmadmin___3 → in Mesh
jmadmin → in TRMM
I can successfully log into Tactical using the username jmadmin,
but I can't log into Mesh—only the local user can access it.
When I use TRMM with the jmadmin account and take remote control or perform other actions, it correctly uses jmadmin via Mesh.
I don't understand why I can't log directly into Mesh. I have assigned the jmadmin user as a full administrator...
@P6g9YHK6 commented on GitHub (Mar 7, 2025):
The accounts aren't the same when you take control you get a token to log into the account on the mesh side
It is a normal behaviour.
If you want to administrate mesh check the doc to create an admin URL login

yup exactly what @P6g9YHK6 said. please watch the video if you're still not clear on how it works: https://docs.tacticalrmm.com/mesh_integration/#how-does-it-work
