Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When comparing to other RMM systems there is one specific feature missing: Device alerts
Describe the solution you'd like
Whenever and whatever that triggers an alert on a device gets collected here, alerts can either be marked as resolved individual or resolve all alerts.
Some RMM systems also allows you resolve all alerts for an entire site or let alerts expire
Describe alternatives you've considered
Using history and notes, but dosent really give that historical content.
Additional context
I'v sent screenshots on Discord to dinger1986

How would this differ from Alerts being created from Device Checks?
Genuinely asking since I came here to request the ability to dismiss/acknowledge/mute alerts, and would like to see if that is the, or one of the, primary functionality change(s).
@leonbollerup commented on GitHub (Feb 27, 2025):
Its not so much about how alerts are created - but how you work with them.
I'll take an example from another RMM.
Here we can view "Site alerts" (which in this case would be all alerts on the the client) - or can click into a device and view all alerts specific to that device.
I can show some screenshots from some other RMM systems - but not sure i want to publish them public here - so if any of the devs want to see - reach out on Discord or send me a PM.
I think adding this could greatly improve the qualitfy of TRMM and make it more "enterprise" like.
@silversword411 commented on GitHub (Feb 27, 2025):
You can already filter alerts by client....so you just want to add site as a filter?
This is the Alerts manager top right, the bell
@leonbollerup commented on GitHub (Feb 27, 2025):
I know i can filter alerts - but looking from usage perspective it seems disconnected.
If i goto a device - i want to be able to see everything related to that specific device - and i can see alot - but when it comes to alerts i have to goto another menu and start filtering
From another RMM i am using, this is device view looks like on a device:

If i click into Alerts i see:

Here is btw if i click on a “site” (client)

What this does - is that it makes it extremely easy to navigate and understand - the second you need users to go under submenus and start to filter you loose part of the structure.
So my suggestion is simply that we add “Alerts” under the device also.

Edit:
So replying via mail was a was a time..

And ya, i know about the current alert implementation.. i just find it annoying/confusing..
