Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
currently only 1 webhook can be set for the failures of multiple actions types it is impossible without scripting to get granularity in the actions done

Describe the solution you'd like
at least moving the settings from the webhook and treat it the same as "emails, sms and dashboard settings" to allow to set multiple webhooks in a single alert policy
this will allow to have at least 3 different webhook set on a single template

Describe alternatives you've considered
N8N or equivalent + lot of complexe actions
