At present if a script is marked as favorite, its visible to all users in on the right click context menu as a "global" favorite.
As we create more scripts and more users are active in TRMM, it may be good to be able to mark scripts as either "personal" or "all users" favorite (some scripts I use may not be relevant to other users, for e.g.)
I would be good if users with superuser or admin privileges can mark a script as a "global" favorite, plus any user can also mark a script then have permissions to use as a personal favorite, so visible as a favorite to them.
