it is currently impossible to select less than 1 day to resend of alerts in an alert template

Describe the solution you'd like
Change the units from Days to Minutes.

Describe alternatives you've considered
nothing.

Additional context
It would be safer to have the possibility of spamming alerts if it is in error to avoid missing it until someone put the device in maintenance mode to "acknowledge" the error.
