Has some way to install without Let's Encrypt ?

I create all my services using LXD containers and Caddy control external access to all services, providing certificate and domain control

No this isn't possible, and is not planned and would fall under an #unsupported installation.

TRMM uses NATS, and the primary reason is here for not bypassing certs as part of the TRMM:
