Server Info (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser: chrome
  • RMM Version (as shown in top left of web UI): v.0.14.6

Installation Method:

  • Standard
  • Docker

Agent Info (please complete the following information):

  • Agent version (as shown in the 'Summary' tab of the agent from web UI): v.2.3.0
  • Agent OS: Windows 7 Professional

Describe the bug
I have an automation set to this machine. I also have a Patch Policy where all Auto Approval actions are set to "Ignore". In the agent, Patches still show up as missing (or "do nothing") and not as "Ignored". Auto Approval action "Approve" is working.

When I right click on a patch and select Ignore, the patch is correctly displayed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add an Automation Policy
  2. Add Patch Policy with all actions set to "Ignore"
  3. Apply automation policy to site
  4. See error that patches are still missing and not ignored

Expected behavior
All the patches on the machine should be installed or ignored.

Did you wait 24hrs for policies to apply/calculate....and the agent was online the whole time?
