I would love to see an integration with Bitdefender Gravity
Additional context
I'm willing to sponsor it.
@dinger1986 commented on GitHub (Mar 19, 2021):
Windows defender is already pretty well integrated via scripts,
Bitdefender is already controlled via bitdefender gravity
Does bitdefender write to the registry? you could write scripts to control that.
@shulemmosko commented on GitHub (Mar 19, 2021):
Umm Windows defender in my experience is not good enough when it comes to zero-day ransomware etc.
Bit defender passed all our tests for zero-day exploits.
Umm, I don't know if they write to the registry, but they do provide an API.
@dinger1986 commented on GitHub (Mar 19, 2021):
It has ASR features and alot more if you enable them all, there is a script to do this on tactical and monitor it etc
Ill leave on for @wh1te909 and @sadnub but I think favoring any commercial AV company would be foolish at the moment, but users are more than welcome to write their own scripts to make integrations work.
@IsaacGood commented on GitHub (Nov 23, 2021):
For deployment you can use https://github.com/wh1te909/tacticalrmm/blob/develop/scripts/Win_Bitdefender_GravityZone_Install.ps1
For monitoring basic status https://github.com/wh1te909/tacticalrmm/blob/develop/scripts/Win_Antivirus_Verify.ps1 should work. Much more than that would require a lot of work specific to the product. This early in TRMM's development I don't think that's the best use of developer time.
@DFN-master commented on GitHub (Apr 4, 2022):
does this integration exist yet?
