Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not a problem, but a new feature that would be helpful.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to do export a list of Hostname, Logged in User, and the Hardware Details (specifically the Make/Model, and Serial Number) for all agents. Other fields could be helpful.
@wh1te909 commented on GitHub (Aug 21, 2023):
will be possible once Reporting is released (coming soon)
@Anaphylaxis commented on GitHub (Jan 26, 2024):
Pretty gross an $80/mo membership is required to simply export the data in the table in front of me as a CSV.
@jmoran-shafer commented on GitHub (Jan 26, 2024):
$80/month is still WAY cheaper than most -maybe all- other RMM tools out
there. If you’re making money using this tool, why not support the devs a
little bit?

I'm not making money using this tool. How I use this tool may be different than your use. It leaves a poor taste in my mouth when an open source software has paywalls, especially of multiple scales. I'd be happy donating before but now it feels like the cost is just for the reporting. It also makes me wonder if prices will raise, if the whole software will eventually be paywalled, and if I will be squeezed out as a user (and potential donator).
For a company, you're right: $80/mo is probably a drop in the bucket for them.
But why lock such a basic feature behind the second tier of the paywall?
I just don't understand the logic, can't follow it, and therefore don't know where it will lead.
Appreciate you
@jmoran-shafer commented on GitHub (Jan 26, 2024):
Then make your own reporting using the API. They’ve talked about how to do
this in the Discord server. It’s also not “Open Source” but rather “Source
Available”.
