SYSDMFIX by oerg866

Small patch for Windows 9x that patches the hardcoded 5 + 3 seconds delay when detecting hardware.

Should work on international versions too

Building:

- install OpenWatcom
- wmake
- enjoy

Using:

- sysdmfix.exe <sysdm file> <patched file output>

Output parameter is optional
