Why do I should have a premium spotify account to just play a music that I can play in un-premium account in the official spotify app?

Because the Spotify API doesn't allow playback control with a Free account, unfortunately. That's Spotify's fault.

Yes a premium account is a hard requirement from Spotify, I'm afraid. The premium account is needed by the API
