When I go to a song radio, I get a nice playlist that I can't save

Describe the solution you'd like
Save the radio or a playlist of the radio

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe adding all songs to a new playlist and add all items, but I am not sure how to do this

Additional context
In Spotify there is a plus button to save a radio, and I would like the same in spotify-player
