📄 Description

This PR, while it reduces input lag, also makes the keyboard nonfunctional, and also makes WindowSDL::WaitEvent unused apart from controllers connecting and disconnecting, but does not remove it. It also completely breaks my remapping PR, both for controllers and KBM.
