Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

During multi-part upload, s3fs signs all parts before uploading the first part. If an upload takes more than the default clock skew, 15 minutes, it encounters
RequestTimeTooSkewederrors. Instead s3fs should sign a given part before uploading it. This is a regression from 1.84.@gaul commented on GitHub (Jun 24, 2019):
