Details

For SSE KMS, SSL/TLS communication (https) is required, but it was not checked.
If this combination of options, PUT requests, etc. will fail, but it was difficult to confirm the error details from the user's perspective.
Thus, changed so that s3fs startup fails for this combination of options.
Along with this, a man page and help option have also been added.
