Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Details about issue
I am trying to install this on windows using steps mentioned in https://github.com/s3fs-fuse/s3fs-fuse/blob/master/COMPILATION.md .
when I execute autogen.sh I run into command not found issue.
