We should be able to automate NFS testing by using an NFS server pointing to the s3fs path and an NFS client that points to the integration test path. There seems to be recent user interest in this so let's try to automate this as an option in the tests.

It's still under investigation, but #2145 (and #1934) should also be considered.
Another thing is unclear, but macos fuse-t is also via nfsd, so we need to keep it in mind. (Currently continuing test on fuse-t)
