Acceptance Criteria

At launch, detect if the certificate key has expired, show the alert to tell the user that their certificate (with name) has expired, they have to delete and reinstall the new one.
Alert will have 2 buttons, dismiss, and "re-install": It will auto delete and reinstall the certificate in a single click
If the certificate is expired, show the error button on the App Status Bar -> Click will show the alert
