This is a strange bug of MGSPW i found when playing with my completed savedata.I tried to use the camera to take snaps and everything seemed to be fine while in-game.but when i checked %ppssppdir%/memstick/PICTURE,i found out that the snap was fully black.i've tested other missions also and the problem persists.Using Win8-x86.The full log is here-

Yeah, when games take screenshots, it doesn't work. This affects all games that try to take screenshots, including ones that use it for savedata icons.
This is because we don't write to system memory on render. So, this is a duplicate of #618.

Note that you can now take screenshots whenever you want by hitting F9 :) They will also be full emulated resolution, while if/when we get the internal ones working, they will be at that PSP's original resolution.

well thats a relief!i dislike low-res snaps.but i wanted this one to work as mgspw leaves out a sign on the snap.
