outlook 2021 + caldavsync 4.2 here.

here are my options :

Expected behavior : sync interval is 1 day, I expect it to sync only once a day even if I close then reopen outlook.
But instead it resync all (+ 2000 contacts which take times and freeze outlook during process) after I close then reopen.

Am I missing something ?
