After installing the CalDavSynchronizer (including most recent versions of .NET 4.8 and VSTools runtime (just to be sure) and restarting Outlook there is no menu entry in Outlook for the CalDavSynchronizer.

It does show up in the list of COM Add-Ins in the Outook opitions, but it is diabled and can not be activated.

(I am a bit suspicious it is due to the fact that I don't use a exchange email server but an IMAP server)
