When adding a record, the option "Set PTR Record" no longer works when running PowerDNS >= 4.4.0. NSEdit! uses the PowerDNS API object property set-ptr, which was removed in PowerDNS 4.4.0, see: github.com/PowerDNS/pdns@65e921299b
