Hi, I installed NBFC because my laptop is working at a really low maximum frequency (35%) and the fan seems to run slowly (I barely hear any sound from fan's rotation, except consistent buzzing noise). After a chose the recommended config, the current fan speed is showing at 233.33%. I wonder if this means my fan is broken. Thanks!

I found a way around. Unplug the charger and plug back in, now the fan is running fast and my max frequency is back on top.
