I installed mkcert using choco and then immediately uninstalled using mkcert -uininstall and now my XAMPP's Apache won't launch. No port 80 or 443 (defaults) are being used.

Thinking if I know what mkcert changes or what files it adds/removes I can recover my XAMPP.

I don't think this is compatible with xampp. Reinstalled XAMPP's Apache to fix.
