I have the problem that I can't change tracks. I tried to update like suggested in #330 but that didn't help or wasn't successfull.
How can I find out which version I am running now?

It's the first line printed when you run librespot. Something like:

INFO:librespot: librespot 6a60059 (2019-03-13). Built on 2019-03-13. Build ID: Qg84Srb4
