These are songs that worked in the player.

These are songs that just out right doesnt want to work. (even with [09 Now You See Me.flac])

and the file directory on mysql looks fine

are there any temporary workaround for this issue? I can't figure it out myself because of the lack of knowledge for laravel and php.

fixed by updating WAMP and changing versions on the interface. Hope this helps someone who has the same issue too.
