the default port has been used(8000).How to define an new static port for it to listen?And how to proxy for it on nginx with subfolder,such as https://mydomain.com/music

Koel doesn't officially support subfolder, so you can just use a subdomain instead. For ports, look at this: https://docs.koel.dev/#building-from-source.
