Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Hi there,
I was wondeeing wether it was possible to set OUTPUT_BIT_RATE (from .env). on a per device setting?
This would imply, that there currently was any notion of "client device" in koel. It could be saved in the current session.
Background: with traffic still being a consideration for most users on mobile plans, it would be great to have, let's say, 128k on my phone but 320k in my browser at home.
