Describe the feature you'd like

While AI is neat, if you are getting an something from a RSS feed we often know a little about it from context. For instance my local neighborhood blog should always be tagged neighborhood-name, city, and blog. AI can get other tags.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Hoarder users

Less manual intervention with RSS feeds.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Manually tagging

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request

Additional context

Similar but distinct from https://github.com/hoarder-app/hoarder/issues/643, which I also believe is worthwhile

Also would be nice for each rss feed to send its hoard to a given list, for example a bunch of feeds all feeding into the Webcomic, News, Light Reading, etc lists.

This can now be achieved with the rule engine released in the last version. You can have a rule that says:
When a bookmark is created, and it's imported from the feed X, add the following tags.
