Describe the feature you'd like

It would be nice to add an environment variable that allows the user to toggle what AI is used for. For examples. currently tag generation isn't that much of a benefit for me, but the summary feature that was just added is great! I would like to disable the tag generation but still maintain the ability to (manually at this time) generate summaries.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Hoarder users

More granular control, cheaper costs for those using external services.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Don't think so. At this time I think it's an all or nothing...

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request

Karakeep is a great app even for us who don't use AI at all.

I would love if I can use Karakeep without AI in the future as well.

Without AI it is possible to hide unnecessary AI elements (e.g.: https://github.com/karakeep-app/karakeep/issues/894 and keep a clean and functional UI.
