Describe the feature you'd like

Right now, only the web app supports changing the reader view text size. I would like to implement a consistent setting for text size that works for both mobile and web app. A user should be able to save a default setting for their account and override this value for each of their clients. The default setting should be preserved on the server and the client override should be persisted in local storage.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

This would allow users to tailor their reading experience to improve reading comfort.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Not that I can see.

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request
