Describe the feature you'd like

Not sure if this is really the best idea for Karakeep, and if it fits the logic / use case of it, BUT

I've experienced an issue with long documentation / chatgpt style conversations where it is sometimes hard to find parts of text > page 'index' is missing.

Karakeep could technically provide a solution, but not sure if this is in line with the app intended concept.

anyway here's the idea.

How about if we let karakeep have a sidebar, that can be > per url
that displays all highlighted text from that page ( karakeep can already save chunks of text from any webpage and save store for later)

Does it also remember precise URL? ( domain gets shown probably it remembers the exact URL?)

if it does, it would be , somewhat easy to implement this...
show an optional sidebar on any page, that will list all > Snippets we saved from that page, and
very importantly

allow for SCROLL TO TEXT when that snippet is clicked

mimicking the '#url' functionality of HTML

... I know I would use it (especially for chatgpt as an index menu of long chats..

but ... unsure if it fits karakeep's intended use case ...
it certainly fits the app architecture, and could be implemented somewhat easily

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

dynamic page content index based on custom highlighting of text

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

no. closest chrome extension that offers something similar
is this one
