Describe the feature you'd like

List icons are rendered for each item on the homepage (at least for masonry/grid/list views). Ideal placement would probably be just below tags.

Example:

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Karakeep users

Creates clear visual indication of different topics for homepage items

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

Only if one manually inserts these emojis into titles/tags for items

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?

I have searched for existing issues and none cover my fundamental request
