Even after closing the clipboard manager, pressing the saved shortcut key launches the app (the clipboard manager itself is not visible; it appears exactly like 'show Itsypad').

Thanks for reporting this! The clipboard shortcut will now be fully disabled when the clipboard manager is turned off. This fix will be included in the 1.9.7 release.
