The image service is free for use to anyone, and we offer it as-is, it's just basic image resizing, available to anyone, easy to use. We try to keep everyone as happy as we can.

The entire codebase has been written in C++ as an nginx module since API 5. Earlier versions used different technologies:

• API 4 was built with LuaJIT and OpenResty.
• API 3 was built with PHP.
